Minnesota Tri Masters and the Minnesota Tri Club are pleased to get an early start on swim clinics this year. Our Foundations swim clinic teaches drills and how to unlearn those bad habits that hold so many swimmers back. Swimmers will be taped many times from many angles, and offered a digital copy free of charge of each filming (via e-mail or web posting). If you've been wondering why that person who's in worse shape than you seems to move along so much more effortlessly, this is the clinic for you.
This year we'll also be hosting a clinic for developed swimmers who are looking to improve speed and strength through technique, weight and dryland focus, and tempo training. Our Level II clinic will be on January 11 from 1-4 pm http://www.active.com/event_detail.cfm?event_id=1660479
