Stretching For Injury Prevention Learn stretching techniques to ward of injuries and make minor injuries heal faster
Dr. Lori Goodsell, a local chiropractor is going to show us some stretching techniques to help prevent injuries. These techniques can also be used to help current injuries heal faster. This will be an interactive clinic, so be sure to wear clothing conducive to stretching. Once the clinic is over, the regular Saturday morning run will commence from Marathon Sports. -
